Sacred Voice Work is the product of over twenty-five years of intense study of a variety of disciplines ~ learning how to use the whole body to become a resonant vehicle for sound, and exploring how this resonance impacts all layers of the individual. 

 

These classes combine elements from classical theatre’s voice work for the stage, sound healing and embodied sacred exercises from a wide variety of the world’s spiritual traditions.

 

A number of sacred traditions have been cultivating clear powerful voices and a vibrant, embodied sense of presence for centuries.  Many of the practices are adapted from work that has previously been limited to smaller spiritual groups.
